Joy Cuison is a seasoned technology and business leader with over 20 years of experience in IT and operational management.
He is the Founder of Hurey, the first Filipino-developed software listed in the Xero App Store, a milestone that reflects his commitment to innovation and global standards.
Throughout his career, Joy has led and contributed to large-scale software development initiatives, including:
- Ship vessel management systems for British-owned company Wallem
- Philippine operations leadership for CyberMetrics USA for nearly eight years
- Development of Facilities Management software used by global organizations such as:
- GlaxoSmithKline (GSK)
- Kaiser Permanente
- Denso International
- U.S. Air Force
His leadership blends technical depth with operational excellence, positioning the company to deliver enterprise-grade HR and business automation solutions to both local and international markets.

Mr. Joy Cuison is the CEO and President of PABACUS Inc and Founder of Hurey, the first Filipino software listed in Xero’s App Store. Joy has more than 20 years of experience in IT and Business operations. He was engaged in a software development project for a British-owned company , Wallem, for ship vessel management. Also, managed the Philippine operations of CyberMetrics USA for nearly 8 years in developing Facilities Management software solutions for some notable accounts such as GlaxoSmithKline(GSK), Kaiser Permanente, Denso International, and US Air Force.
